The conception of the Beef Expo is to showcase our unique Beef Industry and on the back of the past 8 successful years, Hoch & Wilkinson and Clermont Agencies are making new & exciting plans for the 2021 Beef Expo. Last year we saw record participation in the Expo and Trade Stalls. This was proven with an exceptional cattle sale and outstanding line of cattle presented by vendors from our local area to Mackay and down to Dalby.

Our slogan this year is You Are What You Eat” with Cyndi O’Meara as our guest speaker. With no social functions due to COVID-19, we hope to celebrate what the Isaac Region has to offer. This year we have added extra Championship Pens and once again Clermont Agencies will run the Trade Display. Last year, they featured more than 50 businesses where traders offered specials and demonstrations of their products to interested spectators.

This year, we have secured another highly recommended ICMI speaker, Cyndi O’Meara. Cyndi is a nutritionist,

film maker, bestselling author and founder of Changing Habits, a whole food company that believes everything

begins and ends with food and that food should be healthy. In conjunction with Cyndi’s expertise and our catch phrase “You Are What You Eat”, this now is more important than ever, realising that we are lucky to live in Australia where we produce the greenest and cleanest food. Cyndi educates people so they are empowered to know, eat and live better, because educating people about whole food is the key to a rebellion and everyone deserves to know exactly what they are eating and more importantly where it comes from.
